Joyce Leggett was selected as the 2024 Great Gulfcoast Arts Festival Emerging Artist.

Her recent work reflects her love of music—Joyce is also a singer. Realistic representations of a single or multiple instruments are portrayed against blended backgrounds. The harmonies of colors using textural layers of oil or acrylic paint create a visual backdrop that enhances the beauty of each object.
Joyce’s artwork has been featured in local exhibitions and recently at the Pensacola Museum of Art, and now at the Great Gulf Coast Art Festival.
Joyce sold many of her pieces with
requests for more on the way.
